• Adult general and sick care
• Physicals
• Chronic disease management, including Diabetes
       and Hypertension
• Limited preventive care
• Gynecologic (Female) exams
• Pediatric care (ages 5 years old and older)
• Flu shots
• Medication advice
• Limited lab work

Arrangements can be made for free pharmacy referral, mammograms, Xrays, bone density screening, etc. Pregnancy care is not provided at the Matthews Health Clinic. Narcotic pain prescriptions are not prescribed at our clinic.

Fees

The clinic requests a $10.00 administration fee for each visit. Cash only. If your financial situation is dire, please notify the staff. Services will not be denied due to financial difficulties.

Screening

All patients are screened financially using federal income poverty guidelines shared by all free clinics and pharmacies in the Charlotte area. Patients must complete an application packet which includes medical and financial questions. To download the forms needed, please click here.
